We guarantee to fix your xbox. If we can't, you will not be charged and your xbox will be returned to you in the condition it was given to us. There will be the occasional case where after investigation, the repair can not be completed for the original price quoted. In this rare instance we will call you to advise before we commence work. At this point you can change your mind and your xbox will be returned to you as it was given to us.

WARRANTY WARNING: If your Xbox is new, you may have a warranty from Microsoft. The work we do on your Xbox will void the warranty. If you are unsure if you have a warranty then check with Microsoft before proceeding, you can call them 0800 587 1102.

In the unlikely event of you finding a better price elsewhere from an established registered IT company in Bristol, Bath or the South West, we will do our best to offer you the same service for 5% cheaper than the best price you found.

Terms: You must be able to prove you have found the same service elsewhere from a registered South West based IT company. We will do our best to honour or Price Match policy however in some cases we may need to refuse if we believe the quality of service to our customer would be reduced by the lowered rate.
